Position : Gender and Economic Opportunity Specialist

Integra is seeking Gender and Economic Opportunity Specialists who apply expertise and experience in the following: 

• Increasing the labor force participation of and increasing economic opportunities for women, persons with disabilities, ethnic minorities, indigenous populations, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex (LGBTI) persons, and other socially marginalized groups; 
• Connecting women- and marginalized group-owned businesses to buyers; 
• Expanding access to tailored financial products for women- and marginalized group-owned businesses in partnership with financial institutions; 
• Improving access to digital services for women and marginalized groups; 
• Increasing access to markets and market information for these groups; 
• Increasing access to professional networks and mentorship; and 
• Reducing barriers and enhancing protections in policies, laws, regulations and practices (public and private) to facilitate women’s and other disadvantages group’s participation in the economy.
