Contract
Integra’s EE/MELDS team is partnering with Ernst & Young to deliver an organizational health survey under USAID/Georgia’s broader effort to strengthen Organizational Resilience and Effectiveness (ORE) as part of the mission’s deliberate organizational development. USAID/Georgia seeks interrelated organizational development services to help view progress, create consistent measures across offices, and understand arising mission issues. The baseline organizational health survey will set the foundation for a yearly survey with consistent questions and provide managers with feedback to spark discussion for continuous improvement. After delivering the baseline survey and results, the team will provide the format, methodology, and foundational research to USAID/Georgia to ensure high-level interim surveys and data gathering in future years. The activity’s overarching objective is to institutionalize a stronger organizational culture that contributes to ORE as part of the mission’s development.
